We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disability, in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Australian Human Rights Commission’s guidance on accessible websites.
1. Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We apply the same standard to the websites we build for clients, unless they ask for a higher one.
2. What we’ve designed for
- Using pages and forms with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Proper headings, landmarks and labels, to support screen readers.
- Readable colour contrast in both light and dark mode, following your device’s colour scheme.
- Reduced animation when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Visible form labels, with errors explained in text, not just colour.
- Phones, tablets and enlarged text.
3. Known limitations
- The animated graphics on the home and service pages are decorative and hidden from screen readers. They don’t contain information that isn’t also in the text.
- The spam check on the contact form is provided by Cloudflare. If it gives you trouble, email or phone us instead.
4. Feedback
If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us. Email info@ansrtech.com.au or call (03) 8904 9095. If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service. We aim to respond promptly.
If you aren’t satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission.
